In case of profit loss do you seek for the fault in the leader’s competence, motivation skills or in the employees’ attitude? Does the office furniture change more frequently or the employees? Is it important that the manager should let the employees accept and identify with the achievement method of a given task or is it adequate that this manager should let the employees know about it and orders mandatory usage? Do your customers/ clients/ business partners spread the good news about your company without special request or you continually keep them under pressure with making them fill in customer satisfaction questionnaires? Are your associates in fact customer-oriented or it is only written in the updated brochure? Do your associates always fulfil the requirement leaving nothing to be desired or they do that only if he/ she is in visual range who supervises, controls them? From which clients do you have more? The “I heard from my acquaintance You are the best, so is it in fact, therefore I purchase and return”-type, or the “I heard in the commercials that… but the real conditions are far from it, therefore let me thank you and think over it. I will return if it becomes timely”-type? Are your customers satisfied to buy what they saw in the commercials or they leave disappointedly because they expected something else watching the commercials than they really received? Are your associates apparently cheerful and motivated enough every day because they can work for you or You have already caught such a thought from them: “Hooray Friday is coming”?
