You are right to a certain extent. In Hungary every third small- and middle-scale company sustains severe and hard financial damage. The large-scale and multinational companies are also concerned. Owing to their project tasks it can be only detected in their reports and balance sheet after a longer while.

Unpleasant news it is, but this is the ice-cold truth: It is the improvement and fine-tuning of the nominated leaders’ up-to-date preparedness and customer-oriented business culture, which is the clue. Thus what the leader is like, so are always (!) the employees.
